Delete Your MyCSPB Account

App: MyCSPB (iOS and Android, ph.edu.cspb.mycspb) by Colegio de San Pascual Baylon - CSPB Obando
Last updated: October 4, 2026

This page explains how to ask Colegio de San Pascual Baylon ("CSPB") to delete your MyCSPB account and its associated data. Your MyCSPB account is used by the MyCSPB mobile app and the MyCSPB web portal at my.cspb.edu.ph.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to info@cspb.edu.ph from the email address you use to sign in to MyCSPB.
  2. Use the subject line "MyCSPB Account Deletion Request".
  3. In the message, include your full name and the name(s) of any learner(s) linked to your account, so we can find the right account.
  4. We may reply to confirm your identity before we delete anything. This protects you and your child's records from requests by anyone else.

You cannot yet request deletion from inside the app. Email is the way to ask for it. Signing out of the app or uninstalling it does not delete your account.

What we delete

Deleting your MyCSPB account does not delete your Google account. You can also remove MyCSPB's access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

What we keep

If you do not request deletion, a parent or guardian account is deleted 1 year after the last linked child leaves CSPB.

Timeline

We will process your request and confirm by email within 30 days of verifying it.
