Terms of Service — MyCSPB Parent Portal
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyCSPB parent portal ("MyCSPB", "the Service") operated by Colegio de San Pascual Baylon ("CSPB", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using MyCSPB, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
MyCSPB is an online portal that allows the parents and guardians of CSPB students to access school-related information about their children, such as enrollment and registration details, school announcements, and account information. MyCSPB is provided as a convenience; the school's official records are maintained by the CSPB Registrar.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
MyCSPB is intended solely for the parents and guardians of enrolled or prospective CSPB students. To use the Service you must have a valid account, which you may access using a CSPB-issued username and password or, optionally, by signing in with a Google Account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
When using MyCSPB, you agree that you will not:
- Access or attempt to access information relating to any student for whom you are not a recognised parent or guardian.
- Share your account credentials with, or allow access by, any unauthorised person.
- Attempt to disrupt, compromise, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Service, its systems, or its data.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others.
4. Account Security
If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security, you must notify CSPB promptly at info@cspb.edu.ph. We may suspend or disable accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or misused.
5. Privacy
Your use of MyCSPB is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle information obtained when you sign in, including information received from Google when you choose "Sign in with Google". By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
6. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information shown in MyCSPB accurate and current, but the Service is provided for informational purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the official records held by the CSPB Registrar prevail. If you believe information shown in the portal is incorrect, please contact the school.
7. Intellectual Property
The MyCSPB portal, including its design, text, and content (excluding information relating to your own child that is provided to you), is the property of CSPB and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service except as necessary for your own personal use of the portal.
8. Service Availability
MyCSPB is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSPB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to MyCSPB at any time if you breach these Terms, if your account is misused, or if you are no longer a recognised parent or guardian of a CSPB student. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of MyCSPB after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
